He was reasonably highly rated in the Championship, so I don't see why he'd have become incapable in one Summer. Just a bad start.

I watched the Birmingham 0 Bournemouth 8 game the other day, and other than a poor Randolph clearance that led to one of the earlier goals, I couldn't fault him with any of the others. The defence in front of him was diabolical.

All this speculation must make Randolph very confident for tomorrow. The club clearly don't rate him and aren't doing very much to hide it. Tomorrow's game could be a real clusterfxxk. If we are not 3-0 up after half an hour all the fat, red faced middle aged replica kit wearing baldies will be straight on the boos.

Presumably Bilic and the coaches think he's good enough or they would have found a replacement. They may be wrong about that but they've seen a lot more of him than we have.

Almost certainly the majority of people slagging Randolph off haven't even seen him play for us yet.
And those that have would have seen him in action about 4 times

You need two goal keepers who are of PL standard, this is a big money business not amateur hour where you make do and mend and hope for the best. For Adrian to know he has zero competition is not healthy for him or the club.

Randolph's being completely judged on one european game where he was probably extrememely nervous on his debut and had a make shit defence offering him no protection.
